Network administration support agreement

For businesses with little or no in-house network management expertise, MicroAge has a simple, cost-effective solution that will help you maximize your network’s uptime and reliability: The network administration support agreement provides for regularly scheduled network administration and management support by a certified systems engineer, with weekly, monthly or bi-monthly visits that are determined in accordance with your business’s requirements. Both a primary and alternate technician is assigned to each customer site to insure that a technician familiar with the customer’s IT environment is always available. The agreement is based on an annual service commitment and is billed monthly, and can be tailored to accommodate network changes or expansion to maintain adequate support.

Optional remote network monitoring and backup system monitoring are also available. MicroAge can also provide a comprehensive system rebuild procedure, including full documentation, and can test the procedure with your IT staff to ensure that your network servers can be restored quickly and effectively.
