Deliverables

  • Installations: installation services from the arrangement of hardware and network components through to user orientation, including: equipment set-up; formatting and optimizing equipment disks, installing network interface cards; arranging and connecting devices, running diagnostics; loading and configuration of applications and device drivers; set-up of access rights; completion of all network connections;
  • Moves: the disassembly and reconfiguration of systems for the relocation of either a single desktop or the customer's entire IT infrastructure;
  • Adds: addition of new peripherals and components (memory, drives, software, etc.) to existing desktops or networking environments;
  • Changes: includes system upgrades, such as operating systems, or desktop software refreshes.
